You can create your own themes in Windows 7 to share with friends and family. Perhaps a ― "Soccer photos" theme or one for ― "Classic cars". This is simple and straightforward. You first select the picture or pictures you want as your wallpaper. Opening Desktop Background from the Personalisation window will allow you to browse your computer for images or select from a series of predefined locations. When you have done this you may want to modify your color, mouse and sound schemes, again easily done from the Personalisation home screen. Your new theme will show up in the My Themes section of the personalisation screen as Unsaved Theme. At the bottom of the My Themes section is a link to Save theme. This will allow you to save the currently selected theme to your hard drive for sharing and emailing.
